Big Bob Gibson’s Carolina BBQ Sauce
makes about 2 cups
¾ cup prepared yellow mustard
½ cup honey
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Make at least 24 hours prior to using for best flavor. Store refrigerated in a tightly covered jar for up to 2 weeks.
