The Mo’squito
makes 6-8 cocktails
Make this your signature cocktail at your next patio party.
1 pt. gin (use your favorite or eliminate for a mocktail)
6 cups fresh lemonade (sweetened to your likeness)
2 large cucumbers, peeled and roughly chopped
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Sea salt
In a glass pitcher, muddle cucumber until mostly broken down. Add gin and lemonade and stir. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. To serve, pour over ice, garnish with mint, and give each glass a pinch of salt
