Mocktails for Kids
These drinks are adapted from Handcrafted Cocktails, Molly Wellman’s recent book (she is consistently voted Cincinnati’s best mixologist). After Edible’s first birthday celebration at the bar
Molly co-owns, Japp’s, Jade began to emulate the bartenders by shaking “drinks” of soap and water in the bathtub. She's now shaking drinks with juice on our deck.
Cooking with kids tips: Expect a mess — it makes life with kids more fun! Mason jars with cocktail shaker tops are a fun tool for kids. They can be found at Park + Vine and the tops attach to any narrow-mouth canning jar.
