A great dipping sauce for Pork & Cabbage Dumplings!

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. Asian chili paste
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Dip dumplings in sauce as desired or serve dumplings with sauce drizzled over them
